TREKKING AL CHORO

Choro is one of the most beautiful routes.

From the highest mountains of the Cordillera Real was born one of the finest pre-Columbian roads. This road was part of the path, communicating the Yungas with the Altiplano, allowing the exchange of products.

It is one of the Columbus roads more traveled, and is also one of the best ways to get to Coroico. The route of this path varies between 3 to 4 days, starting the walk at La Cumbre.

One variation is recommended to start from the base of the mountain of Huayna Potosi, which is visited by climbers who seek to conquer the first peak of six thousand, whose rise is relatively easy.
